These rules outline what you can expect from the products you buy, related refunds.
These rules are based on general consumer laws that we think are the best to employ for transactions that happen on WPMagic. Please note that in addition to these rules, there are also local laws that might apply to you.
We firmly believe in our products, but we understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund. Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:
- You are within the first 30 days of the purchase of the plugin.
- Your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the product properly or get the plugin or the theme to perform its basic functions.
- You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.
- Your issue(s) related to our product are not caused by 3rd party plugins, themes, or other software.
Refund requests for renewal subscription orders will not be taken into consideration.
Resolving disputes
If we can’t get to an agreement about a refund, you can raise a dispute and have the payment processor investigate the matter. They will make a decision based on all available information and you agree that their decision is final.
